I am Zeke Christensen.
I am the youngest of 10 children in my family and was born with a rare disorder called cloacal exstrophy, omphalocele, tethered spinal cord (OEIS), a disorder that affects 1 out of every 400,000 live births with a mortality rate of 70%. Currently there are about 125 people alive with his disorder. So far I have undergone 16 surgeries encompassing 213 days in the hospital.
I've joined the Miles for Miracles team because I believe so strongly in all the amazing things Boston Children's Hospital does for kids just like myself.
