Rose's Buds

We walk for ROSE!

She's the light of our lives and she completes our family. Despite all that she's been through, she manages to be the silliest, friendliest, happiest little baby (now toddler) that we could have ever imagined. Thinking back to where we've been, it's amazing to see the little person she is so quickly becoming. We love our Rosie!

Boston Children's Hospital has been our unexpected home away from home for the past 16 months. Rose (and our family) has been taken care of by the most amazing doctors, nurses and staff members at Children's. Cate's day was made when she was able to eat tons of Popsicles, visit the playroom on 9E to pick out toys and work on projects, play on the musical stairs and visit the fish in the lobby (in addition to climbing into bed with Rose!). We have never questioned the top-of-the-line care Rose has received. We continue to visit BCH and the various satellite locations for Rose's check-ups and to say "hi!" to our favorite nurses and clinical assistants, among others. We are forever grateful for the care Rose has received and will continue to receive throughout her life. Our family wanted to join this year's walk in order to give back and show our appreciation in this small way. We know that supporting Children's will benefit Rosie and her treatments now and in the months and years to follow.

Thanks so much for being one of Rose's buds!
